bstroud, the wizdog is a tray with a grid on top. Under the grid is where you would put some newspaper or wee pad. They use it just like using newspaper or wee pads on the floor, except they don't get their feet in it and they can't chew up the newspapers. When they poo on it, the poo it on top of the grid. Just pick up the grid, dump off the poo and you are all set for the next wee, or poo. Maggie sometimes misses getting completely squared on her wee pad and the tinkle runs across the kitchen floor, then she steps in it. She never misses getting positioned just right on the wizdog.
