I'd like to hear the answers to that one. Our breeder
and our vet [who both raise champion show dogs] advised us to keep the upper 1/3 of Toto's "leathers" cut because if that hair grows long it tends to pull the ears down and usually they won't perk back up!
So far they haven't given us any bad advice so I run everything by our vet before I do it ... even have her read and approve or disapprove the ingredients in dog food if we consider trying it for Toto! Just can't be too careful!!
