Default Grass Allergies?

I think I have narrowed Trixies allergies down to 'grass'. Every time the allergy reports shows high for grass, she gets itchier and parts of her skin get redder. And the vet diagnosed her with sebboreah (overproduction of oil in the skin), which I found out could be caused by too much scratching.

Is anybody else dealing with grass allergies in their yorkie? And is there something special you are doing to relief the itchyness and skin problems? I've heard foods that are high in omega-3 could work, combined with a food supplement and good shampoo. Any suggestions for those?
