I have a 10 month old male yorkie. He has always been a humper, but after I got him nuetered 4 months ago, he lost interest. He only humped once or twice after that. After he was nuetered he still got erections "lipsticks" when he was happy or excited. He doesn't get them anymore, even when he is really excited. All of a sudden he is humping his favorite stuffed puppy every night! He is panting heavily and appears exhausted. Is this normal? Can male puppies be in heat? Is there a hormonal cycle with males? Any info would be very appreciated.
