 puppy got slapped around by cat
my 5 month old 3 lb female yorkie got clocked on the head a few times while she was sleeping by my cat who is about 9 lbs and declawed. I saw 2 swats and my pup was lying on her back with her front legs out straight looking like she was in bad shape. I picked her up and she was able to move but looks a little dazed and her balance isn't as good as normal.
She's not bleeding or appear to have any tender areas, and responds to her name. it's now around an hour after her rude awakening.
I guess I'm wondering what if anything to do. Or does it make more sense to wait till tomorrow morning to see if she's back to normal?
