I think because he is still so little he is so close to the ground and it makes it hard to tell. He peed on the house once so I figure by taking him out and keeping him out for about 5 minutes we should be good. The biggest problem is that we live in a new house. The land where our house was built used to be corn fields. There are so many bugs in the grass that Oliver thinks he can play with them!
