Of course, the environment your Yorkie is living in would have to determine to some extent the frequency of baths they get. We live in the country and Tatum plays outside a lot. If I didn't give her a bath every two weeks at the latest, she wouldn't be able to sleep in our bed! I gave her a bath last weekend and was out of town most of this weekend. When I got home yesterday and held her, I couldn't stand it.... she had played outside with our other dog all weekend while Daddy worked out in the shop and the yard. Oh man, did she stink! If your dog were inside all day every day, I'm sure that wouldn't be the case.

If you use a good conditioner and maybe some other supplement (we use the Grizzly Salmon oil for her coat and skin - you put it on her food), I wouldn't think a weekly or bi-monthly bath would be too much.
