The tail is docked when they are 3 to 5 days old. If the breeder didn't do this then I would just keep her natural tail and not go through an amputation. I think you will get use to the natural tail very quickly, if that's the case. I have one with a natural tail and it looks just fine.
Some ears can stand as early as 8 weeks, but some take up to 6 months. I would say that most stand before 3 months.
