Yes, you should have introduced them slowly when you brought the new one into your home. You may never get them together now. I live with 2 female yorkies that hate each other, and get into the type of fight you described. When that happens I have to pick them both up and put them under the running faucet until they end up choaking before they will let each other go. I have 9 yorkies and I only have trouble with these 2 females. Each one gets along with all the rest fine, but not each other.
