Default Does yorkie + yorkie = big housetraining problems?!?!

Hi,

I currently own a 5 month old male yorkie, and I had planned on getting another, but a breeder recently cautioned that having both a male and female in the same household might cause the male to have an increased desire to mark territory, even if both are spayed/neutered. However, I was told having two males in the same household is a bad idea as well, because it would eventually give rise to pack issues and territory marking problems? I'm beginning to think the only way one can have more than one yorkie, and not have to deal with major housetraining problems, is to have all females. Obviously, that's not an option for me, but I also know I absolutely could not deal with dogs peeing all over my house, so am I fated to owning just one?
(

Thanks,
Anna
