I used Petsilk on Buttercup and his skin was extremely dry and it made little to no difference whether I switched shampoos or not. Come to find out, I was leaving shampoo on his skin and that's what caused the dry skin. I'm not an expert but I think it may or may not be the product you are using. Who knows? Maybe someone else who knows more will be able to answer your question |
