I'm sure he gets scared and doesn't know whats happening and can't move. Stewie pukes probably once a week and he gets frightened, plants his paws, convulses and then pukes up yellow bile. Last time he puked it was chunky yellow 'cause he musta gotten a hold of a french fry that I dropped...
