The Canadian Kennel Club has very strict rules regarding the breeding and selling of mixed breed dogs.... So how is it possible for this person to be breeding both Registered and Unregistered dogs???????
I know that alot of Kennel Clubs set out different rules , However CKC is very clear on this one.
