JPop had a place on his little hip that he had licked and scratched so much it was almost raw. Dr. Bob called it a hot spot. I don't remember the medical name, but he said it started as a little bit or sting and from JPop licking the moisture created a bacteria and it just spread.......last night it was about nickel size, this morning it was more like quarter. Poor baby got 2 shots, and antibiotic and an anti inflamatory and two other medicines. An oral antibiotic and an oinment. He's been sleeping most of the day. Vet said it probably was a burning/itching sensation.
If anyone has an advise or comments they would be appreciated.
