She will probably be fine. I know that when puppies or children have diarrhea or seem to have an upset stomach - you do need to keep them drinking water so that they don't become dehydrated --- but it is often best to just skip food for a day or so. Upset stomachs often benefit from a rest...and, children and we, usually don't have much of an appetite anyway when our stomachs are upset -- which is probably best. So - don't try and force food or get your puppy to eat until after you visit your vet.
