Suz had Ginger spayed about a week and a half ago. She took a long time to poop after that, too. Of course, she had not had any food for 12 hrs before she got spayed, and then she wasn't at all interested in food for a day after she came home. But she did pee and she pooped soon after she ate the first time. I don't remember exactly how long it was, but I'd keep a watch of her and if she continues to not poop, call your vet, or the emergency vet.
