My two daughters and I are anxiously awaiting our new Yorkie puppy at the end of May. Well . . . I just had the opportunity of a lifetime offered to me . . . a retail store that I frequent and that I would love to own has been offered to me. The deal is actually too good to pass up.

My question is . . . can I train a new puppy and buy/operate a new retail business at the same time? I want to be fair to the puppy (Gia). Any advice or thoughts are welcome. I have learned so much from all of you the past few months.
