Certainly - there may have been a reason why she had to pee so suddenly - I'd give her the benefit of the doubt if these accidents happen very rarely.
I personally don't believe that these little dogs do this on purpose to iritate us. I know some people do - but I don't. And, as far as looking you in the eye when they pee -- my dogs often do this when they pee outside.

Oh, I'm positive she did it on purpose!!! And I was shocked because she's never done this before. And I'll be damned if I "let" her do it again.
