Scamp has hair like a sheep very wooly ......& thinking getting him shaved right down......Does it really grow in better???

Hi There, My sister's Yorkie has a wooly coat,too. She had a hard time combing though it so she cut her down. It seen to have grown-in a bit thicker. But she is keeping her Yorkie's coat short now so I do not know.
It is a very good queston.
