If his Bm's are not normal, I would suspect something, and seeing as how very young he is, I would take a sample to the Vet. Don't wait. Their poops are a very good indicator of what's going on inside their bodies, and if he isn't acting normal (being able to hold it), and the poop has changed, then something may be going on. If it were me, I would get him to the vet to be on the safe side because these puppies are so small.

Have you changed his food lately, or given him any snacks that may be upsetting his stomache? Is it possible he got into something? Seeing as how young he is and that you've already had him for a month, is he current on his shots? Or did he have a shot just recently, like in the last couple of days? Any of these things may be affecting him, so I would check into them and get him to the Vet asap.
