Okay, I remember reading that the bed is the single most prized place for dogs in your house because that is where you sleep. Some trainers do not recommend that you let your dog sleep where you sleep because to your dog it means you are equals, or that your dog ranks higher up--an undesirable situation if you want your dog to obey your commands. So, I am guessing peeing on bed is an issue of dominance if you are absolutely sure that it is not an accident. I think your dog may be trying to tell you that she is the boss.
