 Not walking on leash
Hi there, I have a 16 week old female and for some reason, when she has a collar or harness on, she will walk around but as soon as I hook that leash on she wont have it. She lays down right there and will not move. I live in an apartment complex and we are required to have all dogs on a leash so I cant let her roam around without one, any suggestions? |
