Sissy started doing the stairs at 14 weeks (2 lbs). About 4 days into it, she fell down the stairs (thank goodness we only have 5 stairs, but they are hard wood). I'm still not sure exactly what happened, but think that she got accidentally knocked backwards by Sheena (our Eskimo Spitz). That was the last time she went down the stairs!! She still goes up with no problems, but will stand at the top and whine if she wants to come down.
Just keep a close watch on Tia an hopefully she will continue to be all right.
