what kind of parasites does he have? mange? demadex? ringworm? have you been giving him bath's with medicated shampoo as well? If its demadex, its takes a long time to cure. keep up with the ivermectin oral dosages. Ask the vet if he can add some dextrose to the ivermectin to make it taste a little better.
