I would say no. I use powder on my own body, and since Baby is up my behind 24/7 (LOLOL) sometimes she gets a little powder on her. I notice that she usually sneezes. I wipe it off her.
But, you can but doggy perfume. It's made by Crazy Dog, and it's called Baby Dog Baby Powder Scented. I think I bought it at Petsmart or Petco.
