Well, my aunt had to take Zoie to the vet for her initial check-up. The vet said that she had a very bad ear infection!!!
It couldn't have been just from the flight over here because it was too bad he said. She had black gunky stuff in her ears. That's what was making her eyes water so bad. Poor little Zoie.
Being that there was a health guarantee on Zoie, shouldn't my aunt get reimbursed for the meds?
Please let me know what you believe is the protocol for an instance like this.
