Sorry for the late response. I've had other pressing issues to deal with re Angel. She either goes to bed in a dog bed or a plastic carrier. This depends on whether she has had an accident in one of her pens before bedtime (I have 2 pens for her, one upstairs and one downstairs). Since she goes potty on a pad, I just keep her in her pen, so she can go on the pad whenever she needs to. I tried using a ticking clock but that didn't work. She's much better now. She might still bark after pooing, but I didn't hear her this morning. I think she still wakes up early but is less vocal about it. I guess she's getting adjusted.
