ok can someone explain to me exactly what a puppy mill is...i saw pictures of horrible conditions of the parent pups and puppies in lancaster county...if i go to see this kennel/puppy saturday and its a nice place/house whatever it is, is that still a puppy mill, if so they how in the world do i know if it is a puppy mill or good breeder or not..im confused help me
