Welcome to YT. You'll find lots of help here for sure.
It sounds to me like you have to start from scratch as if she were
a puppy. Poor baby had no love at all it sounds like. Please be patient
it really is time and patience that is needed. I have used one special
treat when it was time to go potty outside. It was liverwurst!. My daughter's
trainer told her about it for her min-pin who was a devil to train but did
so shortly after using the liverwurst. Everytime you take her out and she
does anything give her a very small piece, that is all that is needed. Take
her out very often until she learns to control her bladder and use the liver-wurst ONLY for potty outside. Good luck. I have never used pads or paper.
All my dogs were trained to go outside. She is lucky to have you. Look
forward to you posting "she's trained"!
