Hi--I am new to Yorkie Talk but I had to post something this morning. Our Yorkie Buddy, 22 months old today, had a bloody stool this morning. It looked like seedless raspberry jam & was that color also. (I have heard if it is bright red in color vs. black it tells the vet where the problem lies in the colon.) I'm no expert on yorkies, but I'm scared. I'm taking him to the vet as soon as they open at 7 am this morning. To give a little background, we were at the in-laws & we forgot his C.E.T. dentals chews that we buy from the vet so they gave him something that looked similar that they found at Kroger grocery store. He gobbled them up & had a blast hiding & then eating them. On Monday he had terrible diarrhea & vomiting. He seemed fine Tuesday & Wednesday. I put the bloody stool in a ziploc bag. He is lying in his bed next to me as he does every morning when I am on the computer...
