Yes a bought her a breeder. From what I could learn from the vet that took care of her when she was with the breeder and from the breeder himself she was kept in a small pen and was not treated as a pet. She pretty much melted my heart the moment I saw her. I actually went to the breeder to look a 7 month old puppy but just fell in love with Pepper and took her home instead. I thought she just looked liked she needed me.
