I was wondering where you got your Yorkie and what kind of person you got her from? You mentioned that she had had several C-sections, did you buy her from a breeder?
The hiding and potty training may be because she may have been kept in a cage for a long time and not much human interaction? But if the bathroom works, maybe try putting a wee wee pad in there and she could use that as her potty?
Maybe if you gave us a little bit more info on how your Yorkie was raised, we could help a little more?
