My bag of Nutro Ultra for puppies recommends 1/3 to 1/2 of a cup at that age and weight. I would start giving her closer to a 1/2 of a cup and then you can adjust it if she seems to be getting overweight. I have never had an overweight Yorkie and mine have free access to dry all the time. I really think it is treats and table scraps that put excess weight on them.
