Timmy brought up colitis which is also a possibility, but before you rush her off to the vet i'd dry the rice in the dry food to see if she clear up alittle.

blood in the stool is usually an indication of inflammed/irritated intestines, which is usually causes by bouts of diarrhea or like your breeder said, puppy teeth floating thru. don't worry about the tiny bits of blood right now, unless you start to notice more, every time she goes.

If the rice doesn't help clear up the mucus poops, then bring in another stool sample to the vet. If she eats three times a day, and its still the same by friday or saturday then drop off a poop sample so they can check it out in office.
I'm not sure if the mucuousy stuff is at the end because I haven't seen her poop when this is in it. I do know that the stool is sometimes watery at the end cuz I've been in the room w/ her when she goes and this happens. Angel was at my house for the 1st week and then we stayed at my sister's house for the 2nd week because my parents had guests over. Then we went back to my house the 3rd week (last Sat). This could've stressed her out. She has only been to the vet's the one time since I brought her home.

I haven't seen the blood very often. I hope it's just the teeth passing through.

I stopped giving rice w/ her kibble because she tends to only eat the rice; however, I haven't tried putting rice on the wet/softened kibble, so maybe she'll eat both as the kibble could've been too hard for her since she's teething.
