hehehe ok lets see... mucusey poop at teh ends with a little blood. well it could just be a reaction to the stress of moving and all the new things, plus the vet visits, the meds, and etc. Try giving her rice with her dry kibble for the next couple feedings and see if this helps. Timmy brought up colitis which is also a possibility, but before you rush her off to the vet i'd dry the rice in the dry food to see if she clear up alittle.
blood in the stool is usually an indication of inflammed/irritated intestines, which is usually causes by bouts of diarrhea or like your breeder said, puppy teeth floating thru. don't worry about the tiny bits of blood right now, unless you start to notice more, every time she goes.
If the rice doesn't help clear up the mucus poops, then bring in another stool sample to the vet. If she eats three times a day, and its still the same by friday or saturday then drop off a poop sample so they can check it out in office.
