What drives me crazy is that we have a neighbor with three dogs who not only bark but they bay and get any and all dogs in the neighborhood who are outside or inside with open windows to chime in. I have had to be really firm with Bailey on this one and now Tia with her baby barks ( but between you and me... right now they are really cute
