I don't think it's anything to worry about. Sometimes if they get a little something caught int their throat, even a piece of lint, their gag reflex kicks in. The foam or whatever is usually the mucas that gathers with gagging. Just like when you get something in your eye, it waters, same thing. The throat tries to protect itself with lubrication. Just keep an eye on her and see if it happens again. If it becomes frequent, contact your Vet.
