  I couldn't agree more. My brother-in-law's cousin breeds Chihuahuas. The ones that she owns are as sweet as can be. His mother's are mean. She likes that they are her babies and that they don't like anyone else. She never tries to socialize them. I can't tell you how many times they have bit the backs of my leg as I've left a room. They could have been wonderful dogs.
