I am so sorry to hear about your baby and her problem. It is so hard watching them try to suck air into their lungs. Scares the bejeebees out of humans so you know it frightens the dogs.
The procedure might also be available at the vet school in Penn. I know one of the stent methods was actually developed there...Maybe Stacy can tell you how to contact the vet school there.
When my Jesse died, he struggled all night and I prayed that God take him away so that I did not have to make the most merciful decision to have him euthanized but it was not to be. I know how it feels to have one of these little ones lying on your chest all night struggling...It hurts so much!!! You and yours will be in our prayers.
