Default more on dizzy

I relate the dizzy spells to that of carpal tunnel in the wrist. A nerve gets pinched from repeated motion, or lack there of. I would spend 12-18 hours a day working on dolls, sometimes 7 days a week, for over 25 years. My body paid the price and the dizzy spells told me to take a rest..........rather I wanted to or not. One time I woke up and couldn't get out of bed and being the first thing in the morning, you know what I had to do. After beating on the floor several times I finally called my son-in-law and had him call our house to tell my husband to come upstairs and get me up so I could go to the bathroom. When my neck tightens up like that, I have but one position, horizontal and on my stomach and if I do have to move, I have to crawl with my head as far forward as I can get it. Anything else is like riding a boat during a hurricane, I simply can't stand up straight. Heck, I'm a pretty cheap drunk on one glass of wine and even after two or three, which rarely happens, I can walk better than when the dizzy's hit. When it happened in January, I had to call my husband home from work. I couldn't even stand up at all and he had to carry me. Big mistake! We got to the door and he stood me down and told me not to sit down on the steps while he opened the door, which of course, I immediately did and began to throw up. That was the first time it ever made me sick to my stomach. I couldn't straighten my head up, or even look upward with my eyes. My neck was out of joint right at the base of my skull. One crack from the chiropractor and I could straighten my head up and look forward. Weird! I went home and slept on the chair the rest of the day, in an upward position because I was afraid to lay down and not be able to stand up again. As bad as that was, I once had it happen while I was driving. Talk about scarey and I was passing a semi-truck on the left and there was a car behind me. Somehow I managed to get back into the right lane and pulled off the side of the road. My son was with me and he had to drive the rest of the way home, but that's another story. It was stress that triggered it. Fortunately it doesn't happen very often, but when it does.........YUCK YUCK YUCK!!!!!! or substitute a word that rhymes.
