My goodness..I would keep him in the house...how much yard does a 5 pound dog need? Mine have a small play yard on a stone patio..no bigger then 10x10..but if the law said they could never go outside, they would do fine...I had a small girl KC who never went outside more then 10 times in 14 yrs..she hated it. Get your Yorkie back and promise to muzzle him..then keep him inside.

Honestly, if AC came to my house to take my dogs, they would have to call a Swat team..there are some things I would fight to the death over..and my dogs are one of them.
