It can be a little confusing at times bc on the inbreeding that took place early on to produce the Yorkshire Terrier, but I think the evolution of these beautiful little dogs is fascinating.Unfortunately it appears that people only want to poke holes at what I posted. I would think that when someone posts an alternate theory, they would be encouraged to read more rather than just look in the first book on the shelf or do a google search to try to prove someone wrong!

Sigh. I love Google. It's my favorite toy, and by ALL means possible.. I was not trying to prove you wrong. I do not breed. I am a student and a web designer. I have one ONE Yorkie my entire life.
I am not as naive as you think to go prove someone wrong on something I know nothing of. If you think I am proving you wrong by trying to better my understanding on a subject I know nothing about, than you are horribly mistaken.
I did not say YOU ARE WRONG. THIS IS MY PROOF. Websites are not very tangible things because there are so many opinions entwined within them.
And to think you make assumptions on my intentions. I'm appalled. You are so, completely, terribly off on my desired objective.
All I wanted to know was.. is there or is there not? I found two different "histories" and I want to know what is true and what is clouded by opinions.
What's this thread coming to?? I'm ashamed to have even responded to you.
A few excerpts and I'm poking holes. Maybe I should post a few more, than I'd be questioning someone's intelligence and mocking them!
