lol...Ginger's a wiggle worm too, when I'm trying to put a band in her hair! She does sit still well for the rest, washing, scrubbing, combing, blowdrying. It wasn't always that way though, hang in there!
How old is your little one? I'd just do little bits at a time and make it as pleasant as possible. Follow up each grooming session with a treat or her favorite activity. Slowly make your sessions longer, getting more and more done each time. Eventually she'll figure out that sitting still works better and that there's something special waiting at the end.
Most importantly, YOU have to relax. If you're tense, she'll sense that and it's all over.
