jack has developed a barking fixation whenever he sees black people, kids and other dogs but i have noticed he only does it with the latter two when he cant get to them, once i allow him to go up to them he is fine and will stop barking its his way of telling them he is there, can anyone suggest any methods to get him out of this habit
