I leave treats and a plush toy in the bag with Mia. At home, when she is sleeping, I move her inside the bag and don't zip it up. I also leave the bag open and on the floor while we are home, so she can go explore it when she feels like it. Mia's bag has a zipper on the side though, so she can walk in and out on her own.
She used to whine a lot, but now she doesn't complain when she is in the bag unless she needs to go pee.
