Like our own babies, puppies sleep a lot.
Someone tried to find out more about how long dogs sleep and came up with this......
Under controlled laboratory conditions both cats and dogs sleep about 13 hours per day but they wake up more frequently than people do.
PLUS ---
--- Large dogs sleep more than small dogs
--- House dogs sleep more than outdoor dogs
--- And - puppies sleep most of all...
Hope this helps - I'm sure you have nothing to worry about... Let your little girl sleep all she wants when she wants to....... My dogs always sleep well at night, but they do wake up often - I'm sure they just smell something or hear something that I don't.
