She didnt tell me it was because Kizzy was a girl even tho I do know girls cost more, but the reason she said she wanted that much difference was because kizzy would never be big enough to breed and she wouldnt sell her to anyone who was planning to breed her, she also knew I wasnt intending to breed which ever I bought. She even said she had turned down selling her to one guy who wanted her for breeding. Now I really dont know if she lied to me or if kizzy was just one of those throw off of a larger one back thru the generations. But either way, I would never buy another one from her, altho I still think Kizzy is pretty.
With throwbacks you never know. These small ones I have grow fast up to 6 months and then pretty much stop growing. Since I don't know the growth patterns of my female I couldn't tell how big these babies would get. I find it surprising that there is such a difference in their weights. Mostly when you sell a puppy, it's just the breeders best guess as to what size the puppy will be. For instance: With these two babies, I can say they will probably be no smaller than 3# but probably no larger than their mother. The last time I weighed them the male was approximately the same weight as his mother but since they are only 7mo I can't guarantee that he won't be a little bigger. At this point I feel safe saying that the little girl won't be much if at all over 5#.

If you have changed your mind about breeding and haven't had her fixed you could probably contact the breeder and tell her what has happened and ask her to change the limited registration. She might do it. Sylvia
