I love the breed and wanted a purebred so I would have a pretty good idea what I was getting. With mixed breeds, you never know. And I think its a preference in what you do with your disposable income. I quit smoking 8 months ago and now all the money I've been saving from quitting is going towards my new addiction, my little furbabies
