I have a matching bow w/a barrette, no rubber band. the dress measures about 9in around the neck, and behind the front legs about 14 inches. $20ppd for both. Dress was only worn 2x and then Skittles out grew it! UGH
I also have a Halloween dress, it measures about 18.5 behind the front legs and 11in around the neck. There is enough material where you could probably make this dress smaller. $12ppd

ooooo i love that black dress with the skulls on it!!! too bad my pup is too tiny. she has a 5 inch neck right now and a 8 inch chest LOL way too small for that dress. where did you get it?
