RLC has great advice and I would try that. I have a dog that doesn't like you around his food at all especially any kind of bone. Then I have another that you can tel to drop his bone and he will, he will let you take it from him too. He has a heart attack just about everytime you do it, thinking he's not going to get it back but he does as told. I really think you should try and work on the problem with RLC's recommendations. The thing I really liked about the advice was giving it back. You can eventually start keeping it just a little bit longer but definately give it back.
